PASSWORD PAGE CHANGE

Did the page change
In setup pressing protected setup is now bringing up a keyboard and then typing in the DEFAULT password does not bring you into the protected setup pages.
Is this new or is there something wrong with my NXD CV7

Just to be clear, the default password is 1988. It hasn't changed; it's entirely possible, though, that it got changed on yours somehow by mistake.

If you can make a telnet connection to your main AMX, you can reset it. Once connected type:

    send_command <panel>, '@RPP'

... then press enter. Replace <panel> with the address of your touch panel (usually 10001 if you have only one). That should set it back to 1988.
