Firmware upgrade question

Pardon me if this is a newb question, but my company is pretty new to AMX.

I have a DVX-2100HD that I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on. I have done one of these, and didn't have any problems. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get the NI firmware updated on this unit. It will say the entire file is sent - the top bar is at 100% - but it hangs with "File 1 of 1. Please wait..." and never completes. The DVX kit does the same thing on the switcher portion of the upgrade. I've left each of these for a half an hour, and I have the same results.

Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?

I've had this happen on non-DVX masters. In every case, I was able to load it properly after doing a power-down reset (not just a reboot). It may not work with a DVX, but it's worth a try if you haven't done that yet.
