MAX content on Plasma in arabic

I have a client who wishes to have the MAX server gui which gets displayed on the output devices like plasma,etc which are connected to it displayed in arabic. I know that the MAX server is basically on a fedora linux flavor os. Has anyone tried writing a gui which is language specific.
