Help Needed - Alphatronics Alarm IP Interface Module/Connection

How have worked with a Alphatronics Alarmsystem through a IP interface box.
It's with a UDP proctocol.

I've here a Alphatronics system here and have some communication problems with it.
Any help is welcome!
