Autonomic Hiring AMX programmer

Just thought I'd post this in case anyone in the CT/NY area is in need of work and wouldn't normally get this email. I'd almost be interested in giving them a call since it's in my area but I have a hard time taking orders (ex USN) and I'm obviously not educated enough.

AMX Programmer - Westchester County, New York
Autonomic is seeking in-house AMX programmers to work in our Armonk, New York office. Responsibilities include control system programming, device module development, designing/engineering audio/video solutions in commercial, residential, educational projects, and work on contracts for some of the top manufacturers in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Devise, design, develop and support new control system modules.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and support of our existing modules and templates.
- Programming, installing, testing and supporting control systems, both on-site and remotely.
- Provide client support and troubleshooting.
- Occasional travel may be required.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience programming AMX control equipment.
- Proficiency with AMX toolset, including TPDesign4 and NetLinx Studio
- TCP-IP, router configuration, DSL and Cable Modem infrastructure.
- Bachelors in computer systems engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar.

DESIRABLE SKILLS
- AMX Certification.
- Experience with procedural programming languages (C, C++, .NET)
- Experience with Microsoft .Net / Windows, Apple OS-X, or iPhone application development.
- Experience working with control protocols and standards (TCP/IP, RS-232, XML, HTTP).
- Experience with web programming languages (HTML, PHP, ASP, JavaScript, ActionScript).
- Experience with Adobe creative tools (Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
- Deep knowledge of audio/video systems, configuration, common issues and solutions.
- Customer service or help desk experience.

    Explains why the new module to fully support the Mirage stand-alone sever is about 2 months past when they told me it would be done.
