Win7 Offline Files vs. NetLinx Compiler

I've had significant issues with compiling projects that are located in any folder specified as an "Offline Folder" in Windows 7. These are folders that sync up with a network share and keep a locally cached copy of all files on your local machine.
8 out of 10 times or so, I get an error that the compiler cannot find one of the files in the workspace. Sometimes simply recompiling works. Sometimes exiting and restarting NetLinx Studio helps. Other times, I just have to move the files to a location on my machine that is not sync'ed via Windows offline files.
Anyone else tried this, or had issues otherwise? I'd really like to get this resolved, as I use Offline Files to keep my files sync'ed up with our fileserver at the office so everyone can pull from the most recent data.

This is due to the 255 path and file limitation.
