Can't config R-3

Hi all

I can the receiver in Netlinx but double click on it dose nothing, and when right click on it, the "Launch web control page" is disable...

Any ideas?

    Sounds like it might be a Bonjour (aka Zero Config) problem. Windows firewall likes to block Bonjour, try disabling it to see if that work. I've always found WIndows firewall to be only nominally useful, myself, I just shut it down and never looked back.

    I also had that exact problem, believe it or not, when I had a bad Ethernet cable going to a Zigbee gateway. It showed online, but apparently there were enough malformed packets that it couldn't connect well enough to run the config. The device even worked, though it went offline a lot. Replaced the cable, it started working just fine again.

    updating firmware solve the issue from some reason... have no idea why
