NI-3101 SIG firmware issues

I have loaded the master firmware of NI-3101 Sig to 3.50.439 and the device firmware to 1.20.7. But after loading the firmwares, the 5001:ports:system doesnt appear at all in the online tree. So all the serial, ir and io commands dont work but the ip commands work. All was working fine before the firmware upgrades. Any ideas on how to rectify this. I tried clean disk and downgrading the firmwares but not able to downgrade, the firmware downgrade doesnt get completed

    The device ID may have changed from 5001 to something in the 32000 range so you'll need to change it back. Sometimes during a firmware upgrade the NIs lose the standard device ID.

    I did a factory reset and on reconnection, it still showed only 0:1:1 (3.50.439) and 32001 nsx application (3.1.0.374). I dont know why the firmware downgrade is not going through.It goes 1 step and then it stops

    Its also not showing the AXB IR and serial modules connected to it.

    Had to send it to AMX office for repairs and now its back to good.
