there are ICSNet LED fix ON and Neuron Service LED blinking.
What is the Neuron Service LED?

    The Neuron Service LED should normally be off. If it is blinking (slowly) it usually indicates an error has occurred between the Neuron processor and the main processor. It will need to be sent in for repair.
