Can anyone tell me if there is anything that can be done for an R3 showing ZDNLD, no progress bar action, to go onward. I flashed the zigbee module firmware about 6 hours ago, and have two dead remotes now.

I was going from 1.08 to 3.09 to get them to work on a new system that has ZigBee Pro.

Any help would be appreciated - I would hate to have to send these in since the customer is moving in two days from now.

Did you do the intermediate step of upgrading? I thought there was a step you had to do before attempting the upgrade to 3.0 if the remote was old enough. At this point, I would recommend calling tech support as they can help you resolve the issue ask quickly as possible.
