RS232 file transfer to Tandberg 6000 MXP

I want to upload a different Logo to Tandberg 6000 MXP from my Netlinx 3100 using the RS232 connection. Design limitations keep me from using the IP (Telnet) protocals, but someone has to have done something like this using RS232.
I must be missing something since the Tandberg docs only reference Hyper Terminal for RS232 (file transfer protocals like Kermit, zmodem, Ymodem or Pro-Com etc).
Any bright ideas out there?
