NEC V461 RS232 CODES

I have managed to get this information from NEC regarding the RS232 commandas for the NEC V461. I hope this is of use. They have confirmed that for the volume must be sent as a value for each setting and to use increments/decrements of 5. I hope this helps.

RS232 commands for NEC V-series can be found here:

For volume you can set any value between 0 and 100.

For volume increments/decrements you have to write function/procedure which will get current value from display, add/subtract step of your choice (1, 5 or else) and set new value to monitor.

Of course you need also separate function for checksum calculation.
