AMX Intercom UI modual problem

Has anyone had good luck with the UI portion of the AMX intercom module? In particular with a Metecom doorbell ring? The end result is that the the PPOF command is only going out to one of the panels (sometimes two panels) after an intercom event. The time lines seem to all be starting because they all ring but but I cant tell if they are terminateing early or why its not sending out the correct PPOF's. Yar, if only i would have just buckled down and wrote my own instead of wasting all this time trouble shooting this module it would probably be working by now... probably
