Intercom module ver 1.8 and Metecoms

I am using the intercom module with Metecom and Metecom-D. But what happens is that the door bell popup doesnt show the door name and the video after a few controller reboots. The firmware version for the metecom is 1.01.15. and the controller is having the latest version.
