Comcast Issues Anyone?

Hi All,

We received 3 calls this morning that Comcast channel presets aren't working correctly. The clients are reporting that if they go to preset 851, only 81 and are enter.

Here's the kicker, it is also doing it from the Comcast remote and Non-AMX control systems! Anyone else out there seeing a similar issue?

Be careful trying to fix such things immediately. If it affects everyone, another change will follow... obviating your work. This happened with DTV in the earlier fall. Killed everyone... you'd have invested hours of work for nothing if you tried to fix it.
