R2 Navigation Buttons skip.

I have a house that the navigation buttons on the remote is skipping on the staellite menu. The buttons do not skip on the DVD or cable. I have three panels as well, but the navigation buttons do not skip on them. I have tried shortening the IR time, but it either skips or does not work. Any suggestions?

    It's a common problem, the IR pulse to that device is too long. I'm not real familiar with the R2, but I'm sure there is a way to decrease the IR pulse timing in there someplace...
