Hitachi LCDs power on/off IR discrete codes

Hi All,
has anyone ever found "Power on" and "Power Off" IR codes for Hitachi LCDs ?

I know on the old plasmas you had to send a special command to activate rs232 control.Here is the string
SEND_STRING DATA.DEVICE,"$05"
The pwr on string for the plasma was:
"$02,$36,$45,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$31,$03"
and off was:
"$02,$36,$45,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$30,$03"

Oh and the baud for the plasma was different too.
send_command data.device,"'SET BAUD 9600,N,7,1'"
