MAX-CSE and Inspired Signage IS-SPX-1000

Anybody have any luck steaming video to the SPX-1000 using the MAX-CSE? I can get the video to appear in the design software by setting the MAX-CSE to stream MPEG2 at 2 Meg but when I send the file to the SPX-1000 it doesn't show the stream (the bufering graphic appears for a few seconds and then goes blank like it is trying...)
