TPD4, Panel Builder & Panel Preview freezes

Has anyone run into the problem when you're installing TPD4, Panel Builder & Panel Preview that the installation freezes when it gets to installing the AMX fonts? I've run into this issue a couple times. Even after deleting the fonts from the Font Folder, it still happens. Only after a couple of restarts of the computer, does it work.

One problem since this thread was active - disabling Extensis Suitcase no longer takes care of the problem so I'm back to square one.
Do you have some sort of font manager?
