Tandberg C90 locks up after hour of IDLE while connected to NI-3100

I have a odd issue here:

I have a site that I recently did a conference rooms system on using a MVP8400, NI-3100 and a Tandberg C90 VTC system.

After one hour of idle time the Tandberg becomes unresponsive via serial control and must be rebooted to become functional.

If I disconnect the serial cable the Tandberg will not lock up.

The Tandberg works flawless during the time it is in use all commands work with no errors.


Can anyone please assist.

I can't say I've experienced this exact problem, but if you're using the duet module make sure you're using the version that matches the software version loaded on the codec. Tandberg has made changes in the api a couple of times in ways that have broken functionality.
