connect to 7500 TP device

I have a costumer that has 2 amx-7500 touch panels. But only one of them I can see in the network and connect to him.
In the netlinx on the online tree I see only one device.
How can I connect to the second device? Do I need to open him or something like that??
Thanks for any help.

In Netlinx the device is responsible for connection to the master, not the other way around.

So, anyone of the following problems probably exists.

    1) the missing touch panel is configured incorrectly and cannot get on the network. The Wireless network settings are incorrect or the WiFi is good but the connection to the router is bad.

    2) The TP is configured correctly for network communication but is not configured correctly to communicate with the Netlinx master.

    3) it is somehow possibly connected to another Netlinx master in the system. (like a sub master used for port expansion, for example.) This one happens when you set the Touch Panel's master communication settings to 'Auto'

In all these cases, you're probably going to have to be onsite or at least have someone there on the phone who can be your eyes and hands.

The manual is a good place to start and can be found here:

Configuring communications starts on page 19 of the manual.
