Anybody ever experienced this with a Tango DAS-T0808-SIG:
Whole system (Two NI 3100, Five NI 900, Nine NXDx430, Four MVP8400i, ... ,Tango 8x8 + 8 zones extender, KScape tec...) was working fine until client experienced a major storm with no power from 11pm until 8am next morning.
When power came back, the Tango started back up, everyhting else back to normal, then all a sudden, the Tango powered down and impossible to have it back on.
Technician on site changed power cord and Tango started up again for a couple of hours then stoped communicating with the NI3100 while displaying this on the front panel: "UPDATING UVM"
Nothing else. Unplugging/replugging back power cord several time did not do anything.
What we're just trying to figure out is if the Tango is definitely good to be sent back for repair or is there any magic reset procedure?
Thanks for the help.
