I have a client that keeps telling me their 9000i wont go into standby I've been out to the house, and I watch it for the 1 minute and it does indeed go into standby.... But then I get another email a few days later saying its staying on again....
I know when I go out there, its gonna drop into standby like it should...
Is there something that keeps this panel on that I cant find in the setup? A External Motion sensor or a Movement sensor I can adjust or disable?

When the panel is in this mode is it using Wired or Wireless to connect to master. Is it running on battery, wall power or docking station power?
Next time this happens and they call you while it's in this mode, can you remote log into the network and do a couple of things:
1) telnet into the panel and do a "msg on all". Log this output to a file and post it on here.
2) Send a "sleep" send command to the panel. Did that put it to sleep? Can you wake it up?
Unfortunately, I dont have remote access on this job.
The panel is wireless only. No wired connection. On Battery Power. She said it goes to sleep when its in the dock.
