MVP 8400 Flash Memory Problem

I replaced Flash Memory's of old touchpanels that were freezing up, but there seems to be something wrong with the Tp's when i look at the Panel Information it says that the TP is only running on 6 or 5 MB free of the 64 MB Flash Memory's and is very slow.

I've updated to the point where i can clear user and system setting. my memory at the moment with no setting and no pages are 31 MB free of 64MB.

    64M is a pretty small card for an 8400, they haven't shipped like that for a long time. I don't remember the last time I saw one smaller than 256M. I don't think you have anything wrong ... the 33M in use on a clean reset is the size of the firmware and system files, no doubt. You just have a really small memory card in there.
