NI-X100 web server HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)

I make a FLASH and use ftp put it on the NI-3100 web server
the file size about 3-4mb
when I use IE or Chrome to access this file(.swf)
the IE will show HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error) message
but, if I change the swf file (file size:300kb)
it's ok!
Why?
