Manage files on Netlinx via telnet

Is there a built in way to manage files on a Netlinx via telnet? I have a system that I have VPN access to on port 1319 and telnet 23, but no FTP or web access. Anyone know if there is a way to download or delete files off of it without the 2+ hour round trip to site? I mistakenly set a logging module to leave too little space (left a zero off ), and now I can't upload a new TKN to the system to fix the error without clearing some space.

Any ideas?
