communication between 8400i and a third intercom device

Hi,ereryone
i made a call to 8400i with a third intercom device via voip,and the 8400i made out the sounds of 'bi bi ',i wanted to answer it,but when i sent the command to the panel,it showed "error" to me,followings are the notifications
Line 3 (17:26:59):: Command From [10001:1:1]-[^PHN-INCOMING,"404",404,0,11/2/2012 17:25:43]
Line 4 (17:28:48):: Command To [10001:1:1]-[^PHN-ANSWER,0]
Line 5 (17:28:48):: Command From [10001:1:1]-[^PHN-CALL,ERROR]
and then i sent a hangup command ,it showed me "error" too
Line 10 (17:31:53):: Command To [10001:1:1]-[^PHN-HANGUP,0]
Line 11 (17:31:53):: Command From [10001:1:1]-[^PHN-CALL,ERROR]
finally
Line 13 (17:33:26):: Command From [10001:1:1]-[^PHN-CALL,DISCONNECTED,1]
can anyone tell me the reason,appreciate your reply.
