Aprilaire Humidstat Model 60

Just wondering if anyone has tried to poll the data out of a Aprilaire Humidistat model 60? It has a A B port (assuming 485) to connect up to a Aprilaire 8570 (I think) T-Stat. I really just want to get the RH level and the outdoor sensor level from this unit. Not looking to control anything.

Just wondering if anyone has tried to talk to this thing before.
