Get Device Traffic

Has anyone used the "get device traffic" command in telnet? If so what are the values are getting and does anyone have a reference as to what is too high?
My AVG TX: 882 and AVG RX: 2847
Just curious if this is too high or if this really indicates anything about how slow the system is running. If not what is a good reference for system health?

Cypher TX:3838 AVG TX:2906 RX:214 AVG RX:0
On another I get these:
Cypher TX:1661 AVG TX:714 RX:2514 AVG RX:2348
So there is a massive (?) difference in values between two systems (which obviously run different code, but are programmed in the same way)
Cypher TX:3542 AVG TX:4595 RX:14166 AVG RX:19295
