Wake up panel from Netlinx

Is there a commend to sent to a panel to "wake it up?" Trying to do this without user intervention. On the flip side, is there a way to put it to sleep?

The commands are "WAKE" and "SLEEP".
I feel like there is some AMX documentation you are avoiding.
