Issue of AVB-RX nto coming back online fully after restart of program !

Hi,
I'm using Enova DGX-32 on one site and DGX-16 on an other site with nearly full capacities on outside port used with AVB-RX. I encounter a strange issue on both sites, RX comes back online sometimes few minutes after full reboot is completed (soft reboot due to program changes), and often some ports don't come back online (most of time the IR port doesn't come back online ! I need to unplug the DX link of the AVB and plugs it back and then it comes back online correctly with all ports !).
Did someone get same issue ? or something to modify/setup to correct the issue ?
Both sites use latest firmwares avalaible for both the matrix and the AVB-RX and also masters. On one site I use the internal master for program of whole system, on the other one, program is shared between internal processor of DGX, and an additional NI-3100.
