WebControl Issue with Internet Explorer

Internet explorer has stopped letting me access the WebControl to the master. Now instead of showing me the page, it asks if I want to save the XML file. Our IT guys have tried to figure this out, but are stumped. Anyone run into this issue?

Notes:
Windows 7 Pro, IE-9 with all updates.
Tried resetting all options in IE.
Happens with multiple/all masters
Can access OK on other computers
Can access OK via firefox, however there isn't a firefox add-on for AMX.

Ideas?

    You may have to fine the other browsers a try. I run a virtual machine with several browsers for just such issues. Firefox, Chrome, etc.l.

    Do other browsers support the AMX add-on? I haven't been able to get other browsers to work, only Internet Explorer.
