hello

we're looking at buying into the ihiji remote monitoring system for our maintenance clients here in the UK.

it looks like a very well designed product that can group all of our services and technology into one graphical front end allowing almost anyone in our office to provide remote support.

has anyone had any experience they'd like to share?
