Looking to hire AMX programmer.

I have a budget of $2000 for the following modification: I'm looking for a competent AMX Cafe Duet/Netlinx programmer who can add functionality to the stock "Experience Kit" programming of the NXP-PLV and PTE-300 robotic control camera mount. The experience kit currently controls pan, tilt, zoom, iris, and focus. Client wishes to have paint features of a Sony HDC-X300 implemented. In particular, programmer must be able to integrate Sony 700 protocol commands (supplied by client) to control Sony HDC-X300 camera features such as gain, white balance, black balance, bars, etc.
