If you're using Windows, you can do ipconfig /flushdns.
It's probable that the issue on the ISP side, and not the client, but it's worth a shot. ISPs normally flush their DNS every 24-48 hours, so if it is the ISP, which I suspect it is, it should (hopefully) be resolved over the weekend.
