Using a duet module sample workspace for multiple touch panels

Hi,
I have been working on programming the following system using the Duet Module sample workspaces I donwloaded from Tech Center. The way the Duet module workspace programmed is very elegant and seems to be easily scalable, but I am a bit confused about how to use it for my project because of the Zone structure. I have the following devices and high level functions I need to code:
There are two independent rooms controlled by the same Master (NI-3150), but with two separate Touch panels:
Room A
Room B
In Room A:
1 Modero X Table top TP
1 Cisco C60 VTC
1 Converge ClearOne Mixer
1 Smart TV
1 Smart PC
In Room B:
1 Modero X Wall Mounted TP
1 Cisco C60 VTC
1 Converge ClearOne Mixer
1 Projector
1 Motorized Screen
In this forum, somebody suggested that I program so that each touch panel can control both rooms. This is not a requirement, but in case one of the touch panels craps out, I can still use the remaining to control the other room. But, at this point, I am OK with being able to program each room independently.
In the duet example, it seems like it was designed to control multiple devices of same type from ONE touch panel. How can I use that sample workspace in my case, what do I need to change?
Thanks,
Sinan
