Granular User Access Permissions - RMS Enterprise

Hi guys,

I'm beginning to implement our enterprise install and would like to know whether there is any way to have a little more granular access control on certain sections/message types/actions.

Notably the ability to restrict one user type to simply be able to only view in their hotlist widget the help requests and also be able to fulfill them but not delete them.

I'd also like to see some way of disabling the ability to send messages to certain users.
