Incoming calls on CSG gateway are one continuous ring.

I am facing this issue with Cisco SIP gateway also where the incoming call is one continuous ring until a user hangs up or ignore/answer. Since both SIP gateways use Asterisk, i am not sure how to resolve this issue.

I have put the ring timeout in options in the sip server as 5 seconds but no use.

Ringgroup call timeouts work for 10 seconds.
