Odd Video Switching Issue with DVX

Just ran into an odd issue with a DVX-2155 and was wondering if anyone had seen anything similar. I'm switching by using send_levels to the various device ports and for some reason output 2 is not always switching when the level changes (ie the level shows a value of two but there is no video on the output and the web interface shows no input switched to output 2)

    Are you switching multiple outputs when this happens? I'm using send_levels to control a couple of 3150's and have noticed that without a delay between commands, it doesn't always switch right.
