RMS bookings not appearing in outlook/exchange calenders

Hi

I have a setup where the RMS is working in that the booking panel can be used to book a meeting , and is confirmed

however when the room calender is checked on excange it doesnt show the booking ?

and any bookings made on the calender via exchange also dont show up on the AMX panel

do i need to allow extra permission for EWS impersonator or is that not relevant to this issue
