Hi,

our customer wants a single key for (xyz.webex.com) for polycom group 500.
how can i achive this. please help

    I believe there is the concept of personal meeting rooms, so you could dial webexID@xyz.webex.com or ask them to provide the meeting code? Is this what you mean?
