AMX touchpanel 'online' but not loading TP file

Hi everyone.

We recently had an AMX NX 3200 controller die. I replaced it with another NX 3200 unit. Gave it the same IP address as the previous, connected to it via Netlinx Studios and sent the rooms .TKN and .SRC files to it, as well as the .TP4 to the touch panel.

My issue is, as you can see in the picture below that the panel is 'connected' displaying the green LED circle however is displaying a 'room system currently offline' message and wont load the actual room system touch panel interface.

I checked the touch panel settings and can see it is pointing to the correct controller.

Any ideas? :)

    When will the panel get its pageflip etc, from DEFINE_START or DATA_EVENT..ONLINE of the panel device?

    Is the panel online in the online tree?
    If you let run notifications to the panel device in Studio, and manually reboot the panel, does it do an online?

    Check ICSP Security/encryption setting in the NetLinx. It may be ON, and your old system had it OFF.

    Hi everyone,

    I have no idea when the panel gets its pageflip from. I also am not sure how to check!

    Both panels are online in the online tree (Device 10001 and 10002).

    I connected to the controller and rebooted panel 10002 via Telnet command and attached below is the notifications it prompted. I can VNC connect to the panel remotely and can see it is displaying the same 'green circle' connected but offline error as pictured in the previous post.

    I connected to the controllers web interface and everything appears quite generic (see below).

    So there are two panels, and one is operating and the other not? Swap addresses on the panels. Does the issue follow the panel or the address?

    Do you have any other master on the system? It could be a missing "master to master connection" on an unit that controllled the UIs.
