MVP 5150 failed upgrading

Hi all,
I have a problem when I change the battery pack from distributor the problem like this. :

I have wireless touch panel type MVP 5150, AMX suggest to change the battery pack.
first I did, downloaded the firmware update from www.amx.com
I got the zip file :

SW5966-07_MVP5150_v2.60.32.kit
SW5966-07_MVP5150_v2_66_21.kit
SW5966-07_MVP_5150_v2.60.30prep.kit
SW5966-07-E_Programming_Instructions.txt

I read the instructions :

1) Extract the zip file
2) Once MVP5150 is booted, select the appropriate method for master connection.
3) Ensure the reboot device button is checked in Netlinx Studio.
4) Begin the upgrade by FIRST! downloading the SW5966-07_MVP_5150_v2.60.30prep.
5) After the upgrade is completed and a master connection is established, download the SW5966-07_MVP5150_v2.60.32.kit.
6) Finalize the upgrade by installing SW5966-07_MVP5150_v2_66_21.kit.

for the 3rd instructions my touch panel after firmware transfer completed showed the view text "progress updating....."

then after several second panel changed the view text "progress failed !" then touch screen restarted.

after that my touch screen just view AMX logo, then there is no connection anymore.

all of you, are there some suggestion how to solve this problem ??

Does the USB connection still work? If not, I'm afraid you bricked it and it has to go back to AMX.

It's always a possibility with firmware updates, much like flashing a BiOS ROM in a computer; if anything at all interferes with the process at a critical juncture, it can fail and leave the low-level software in an inoperable state. You very likely did nothing wrong ... a network glitch or even a faulty CF card could have caused it despite your best efforts.
