NXD-500i Popups Disappear

I have a NXD-500i which randomly (seems to be random) wakes from sleep with all popup pages missing. The code doesn't do anything with sleep/wake state and I have removed user pages and reloaded the panel.

Any ideas why?

    Popups can have a timeout value specified from their properties in TPDesign. When this is non zero they will automatically hide themselves after the specified timeout. First thing to do would be to check that this hasn't been set and is causing the popups to close while the panel is sleeping.
