NEC E Series Commands

Does anyone have the commands for an NEC E423 display?
I have discovered that the commands are different than most other E series displays.
Power ON/OFF works but that is about it. NEC sent me a partial list but it does not include channel numbers.

HAve you used the NEC PD tools, it lets you control the device and also lets you seea log of the commands going out and back in, invaluable bit of software as it makes controlling NEC displays very simple and it should work for the E series monitors also, you have the option of short or normal commands (normal commands work for all commands where short commands are limited to mainly source selection)

google PD tools and it is very easy to set up.

These commands for the E series are different for some reason. I tried the PD tools but it didnt work for the E series.
