Audio Architect and 3rd party control system conflicting with each other?

This is a concern a client has with the Audio Architect event log filling up with "Keep alive failed" and "Failed to discover device" messages. My hypothesis is that leaving Audio Architect open and online while a 3rd party control system is actively polling for, or controlling status are causing conflicts.

Is it possible that Audio Architect and 3rd party control are butting heads? This system is on an isolated network with no other traffic.
