I have been looking around for a place to send off 9088 for repair but can't seem to find an address.

    That's probably a lucky thing for you. If you'd found an address and shipped your 9088, you may as well have just thrown it in a dumpster. Manufacturers ignore products which show up at random. Before you do anything, you need to contact them and get an RA# for your device so they know why you're shipping it to them.
