hi guys,

I live in the uk, and im totally disgusted with the uk arm of crown / bss..

Im a tech and every time i phone crown or bss uk with a request for spares i get absolutely no support, they are obviously working too hard!

I need a knob, and no ordinary knob! Its for the above mentioned fds318.

Its for one of the eight output controls on the right hand side of the unit, Its been missing since i bought the unit, and its really annoying in a live situation.....

Please Please if anyone has one of the grey output level knobs and caps, could you please send me one!

If bss usa is monitoring please could you send me the part...

I know its only something and nothing......

    Is there a reason why you can't call or contact BSS Audio? FYI: there's no such thing as \"the uk arm of crown / bss\". If you've contacted somebody in the UK, it may have been Harman Pro UK, but that's not BSS Audio. That's the UK distributor for BSS Audio. If you're not happy with the service you get from the distributor of any product, contact the manufacturer directly.     Yes it was harman uk,

    I stand corrected, I honestly thought harman had taken bss over, thank god they havent!

    All you guys in the usa are always helpful, esp crown usa, they actually care about customers!

    Something we dont do here in the uk these days......

    Harman International owns
    Harman Pro owns
    Harman Music Group owns
    BSS Audio

    I don't have any idea where HarmanProUK fits in there. Probably owned by Harman Pro, but I'm not sure. In any event, you do not buy BSS products from the manufacturer unless you live in the US. Outside the US, you're buying from a distributor which means you have at least one extra layer of potential support.
