I have a DPR404 which has a fault, which is the threshold led ramp is out of cal. i.e. the led ramp jumps to threshold whith the smallest of input signal, if threshold is set to max a input of -40db will lite all leds. Can anyone give me a common cause for this fault? :?:

    :oops: I thought i would let the world know that I worked out what the problem was with this unit. I found that a 100k resistor in the led drive covervter had not been soldered into the pcb. it must hsve jumped out durring the wave soldering, as one leg was just clear of the board. It must have been touching the top of the pad at some stage, Q&A. Any way I thought some one would be interested. maybe not?
