Blu-10 timeout to start page

I'm having issues where the BLU-10 is not timing out to its start page. I have the Start Page ON in the properties for the BLU-10 and I have played around with the delay from 15 secs to 2 mins (default) and the BLU doesn't seem to time out.

Any thoughts?

    Have you tried setting the 'sleep brightness' so that it is below the normal level? (on the default control panel)

    I was just playing with that. I set the sleep timeout to 1 sec (or 5 sec, 10 sec) and the sleep brightness to 0 with the active brightness at 100% and it won't time out for this either.

    So both the sleep timeout and the start page timeout are not working. This is consitent for 6 BLU-10s that I have on a project.

    Have you turned them on as well as setting the times?

    yes, although I had another BLU-10 come in and I had no problems getting it to work here in the office. I will re-address the setup of my site BLU-10s to make sure I didn't forget something.
